These steps cover the most common purchase, study, and progress questions.
How do I restore my Coach Pro purchase?
- Make sure your device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Open UK Test Coach and go to Settings or the Coach Pro screen.
- Tap Restore purchases and wait for the App Store to finish checking your entitlement.
Coach Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Restoring it does not create a second charge when you use the same Apple Account.
I purchased Coach Pro, but features are still locked
Confirm that the transaction completed in the App Store, check your internet connection, then use Restore purchases again. If the transaction is pending or you need a refund or billing help, contact Apple Support.
What does Coach Pro include?
Coach Pro unlocks the complete question bank, topic study, unlimited mock tests, explanations, offline access, and an ad-free experience. Mock tests contain 24 questions, have a 45-minute time limit, and use an 18-question passing mark.
How many questions are in the app?
UK Test Coach includes 4,225 practice questions organised across five Life in the UK study topics and 325 knowledge points. Questions are mapped to knowledge points so you can track coverage as you study.
Where is my study progress stored?
Your answers, bookmarks, lesson progress, and mock-test results are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account, and progress does not sync between devices in this version. Deleting the app also deletes its local study data.
How do I delete or reset my progress?
Open Settings, choose Delete local progress, and confirm. This removes your local answers, bookmarks, and mock-test history. It does not affect your Coach Pro purchase. This action cannot be undone.
Is the app affiliated with the UK government?
No. UK Test Coach is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of GOV.UK, the Home Office, or PSI. For current test rules and booking information, visit the official Life in the UK Test page.
